Disneyworld's Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Hotels Part 1


 

Welcome back everyone. Sorry for no update last week. I do pre-film and get these ready ahead of time so if you're reading this it is Friday, April 12 and I am in Disney myself. I did go ahead and prepare my podcast for you though so I could be prepared. Anyway, lets get on to the hotels

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

  • Room options include standard rooms that can be 2 queens or a King size bed. View options can be Resort, water, or savannah. These rooms can also be club level with those additional benefits. Other room options include studios, 1,2, or 3 bedroom villas, and club level studios.
  • This resort offers a pool with waterslide, award winning dining, and exotic animals. 
  • Located near animal kingdom, you can look outside to a view of the savannah with 30 species of African wildlife, including zebras, giraffes, gazelles, kudu and flamingos.
  • Dining options include Jiko, Sanaa, Sanaa lounge, Boma, The Mara, Cape Town Lounge and Bar, Victoria Falls Lounge, Uzima Springs Pool Bar, and Maji Pool Bar
  • Recreation includes pools, Campfire activities, movies under the stars, Hakuna Matata Playground, Arcade, Painting, Locker rentals (near pool), and Spa and Fitness Center

Disney's Polynesian Village

  • Room options include standard rooms that may be 2 queens and 1 day bed or 1 king and 1 day bed. Standard rooms may also be club level along with the suites available: 1-bedroom, ambassador VP, King Kamehameha, and Honeymoon Room. Other room options include Deluxe Studio and Bungalows.
  • This resort is located on the monorail loop to the Magic Kingdom.
  • Taste the culinary magic of the islands at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Indulge in tropical specialties from the South Pacific, Asian-infused dishes and American classics for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Dining options include Tambu Lounge, Barefoot Pool Bar, Ohana, Kona Cafe, Pineapple Lanai, Capt. Cooks, Oasis Bar and Grill, Trader Sam's Grog Grotto, Trader Sam's Tiki Terrace, and Kona Island
  • Recreation includes pools, campfire activities, movies under the stars, motorized boat rentals, fishing, volleyball, jogging trail, electrical water pageant, and spa and fitness

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort

  • Room options include standard rooms, club level rooms, 1-bedroom suites, 2-bedroom suites, Grand Suite, Deluxe King Room, Disney Suite, Victorian Suite, Deluxe Studios, 1,2, or 3 bedroom villas, and resort studios. Suites are all club level.
  • This resort is located on the monorail loop to the Magic Kingdom.
  • Dining includes Citricos, Narcoossees, Grand Floridian Cafe, Enchanted Rose, Gasparilla Island Grill, Beaches Pool Bar and Grill, Courtyard Pool Bar, 1900 Park Fare, Citricos Lounge, Garden View Tea Room, Victoria and Alberts, and Private Dining
  • Recreation includes pools, campfire activities, movies under the stars, motorized boat rentals, fishing, specialty cruises, Arcadia games, basketball courts, electrical water pageant, and health club

Disney's Wilderness Lodge

  • Room Options include standard rooms, club level rooms, Deluxe Studios, 1,2, or 3 bedroom villas, and 2 bedroom cabins. Standard room view options can include fireworks, resort, or water. 
  • Dining includes Storybook Dining at Artist Point, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Geyser Point Bar and Grill, Roaring Fork, and Territory Lounge
  • This resort is located in the magic kingdom area with boat transportation to the theme park. 
  • Recreation includes pools, campfire activities, movies under the stars,  fishing, electrical water pageant, health club, jogging trails, and arcade

Disney's Beach Club Resort

  • Room options include standard rooms, Club Level rooms and Suites, Deluxe Studios, and 1 or 2 bedroom Villas. Standard room view options include resort or water. Suites include 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, Nantucket VP, and Newport Presidential.
  • This resort is in walking distance to Epcot's International Gateway which allows you to travel to resorts on skyline and Hollywood Studios. 
  • Dining includes Cape May Cafe, Beaches and Cream Soda Shop, Beach Club Marketplace, Martha's Vineyard, Hurricane Hanna's Waterside bar and grill, Ale and Compass Restaurant, Lounge, and Market; Yachtsman Steakhouse, and Crew Cups Lounge
  • Recreation includes pools, campfire activities, movies under the stars, cabana rentals, fantasia gardens and fairways miniature golf, motorized boat rentals, fishing, tennis, volleyball, jogging, arcade, and spa and fitness
